As President/Operations manager, Laarni is responsible for all the behind the scenes logistics that has enabled and sustained the growth of the company. She wears many hats including HR, payroll & benefit administration, finance, marketing, and strategy. Growing up in Chicago, she has a true appreciation for architecture and design and with her background in marketing design she sometimes consults on image composition when needed. On a few occasions, she has also been called on by a few clients to design signage and logos.
